The predecessor of Holy Redeemer a short way away and very obvious from Streatham Common station.. It was built in 1908 and was used as a church until Holy Redeemer’s hall was opened for worship in 1928. In more recent years it has been used as industrial and commercial premises, but is now (October 2024) being converted into housing. The architect seems to be unrecorded.
