St Dunstan, Friars Place Lane, East Acton

Funded by the Goldsmiths Company whose architect R. Hesketh designed the church which was built in 1878-79. It was subdivided in 1983 by Ian Goldsmid, leaving the eastern half as a worship space and the west as a hall.

Christ Church, Down Street, Mayfair

Not far from Piccadilly is this church of 1865 by F & H Francis. It is now the base for an evangelical Anglican plant. A fire in 1906 led to a rebuilding by R.L. Hesketh
