St Augustine (former), Yorkton Street, Haggerston
Almost surrounded by other buildings (the west end by a hall and clergy house of 1926-27 by J. Harold Gibbons), except at the east end. This is the only London church by Henry Woodyer and dates from 1866-67. It was made redundant in 1983 and converted into a gallery 1994-98, but this usage appears to have ceased.

St Michael and All Angels, Lansdowne Drive, London Fields
A replacement for a nearby church which was destroyed in WW2. It is by N.F. Cachemaille-Day dating from 1959-60. The airy interior features wall paintings and stained glass of the apostles by John Hayward and clerestory stained glass by Goddard & Gibbs. The external sculpture of St Michael is also by John Hayward.

St Luke, Chatham Place, Hackney
Tucked away east of the centre of Hackney. It is a work by Newman and Billing of 1872-73 with the tower and spire added in 1882. The interior has been emptied of many fittings.
